Multi Trader – HUBB GROUP Maintenance

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Multi Trader to join our rapidly growing team at HUBB GROUP. The role involves carrying out a variety of maintenance, repair and reinstatement works within residential and commercial properties, including insurance-related works.

The ideal candidate will be hard-working, professional, and confident working independently as well as part of a team.

HUBB GROUP provides multi-trade maintenance, leak detection, drainage and reinstatement services across London and the surrounding counties. We regularly work throughout London, Essex, Hertfordshire and Surrey, supporting both residential and commercial clients. Our team also attends insurance-related and reactive jobs across wider South East regions, ensuring a fast and reliable response wherever our services are required.

Daily Responsibilities

General property maintenance and repair works
Basic plumbing, carpentry, patch plastering and decorating
Reinstatement works following leak detection and drainage repairs
Tiling, silicone works and making good
Reactive maintenance and planned works
Working within occupied residential properties
Ensuring work areas are left clean and tidy
Updating job progress and communicating with office staff/customers

Essential Requirements

Previous experience as a Multi Trader
Strong all-round maintenance skills
Experience in basic plumbing and carpentry
Ability to problem solve and work independently
Full UK driving licence
Good customer service and communication skills
Reliable and professional attitude

Desirable Experience

Insurance repair works
Groundworks experience
