Full job description

Bournebrook transport is a family run business that has been trading for over 25 years. We service one of the biggest car auctions/vehicle refurbishers in the country.

We are looking for professional experienced vehicle transport drivers with B + E licence or just B licence (the law has changed and now B licences holders are allowed to tow trailers) you will be driving one of our Iveco Daily car transporters and towing a Brian James or similar trailer carrying clients vehicles around the south-east.

An experienced vehicle transporter driver would be preferred however full training would be given to an inexperienced person who we feel would fit in well with the team, with a positive attitude towards the job and have good communication skills remembering they are representing Bournebrook and a very large supplier when collecting and delivering vehicles

Applicants applying should have the following criteria

Must Be over 25 and have held a full UK driving licence For a minimum Of two years with the relevant categories required.

Hold a current digi card. If not we can help you apply for one.

Ideally living within the Great Dunmow, Chelmsford/Or surrounding areas.

Good verbal and written English communication skills.

Vehicle appraisal and handover ability.

Smart appearance.

Flexibility towards the working day.

Be able to work well within the team and on their own.

This job is a full time position working 5days per week for 3 months to cover sick leave. This could lead to a permanent or part-time position depending on the outcome of the sick leave.
