Overview
Theorem Facades Ltd is recruiting skilled cladding and glazing installers for projects across the UK, with a particular focus on the East Midlands. We have ongoing work across fire remediation, curtain walling, and the installation of windows and doors, and we're looking for experienced, reliable tradespeople who take pride in their workmanship. Whether your strength is one of these specialisms or several, we'd like to hear from you. The ideal candidate will be experienced in working with a range of construction techniques and tools, ensuring precise and efficient installation to meet project specifications and safety standards. This position offers an excellent opportunity for experienced tradespeople to contribute to high-profile developments while further honing their skills within a dynamic environment.
Applicants must hold a valid CSCS card.
Pay based upon experience.
Specialisms we're recruiting for:
- Fire remediation works – cladding rectification and remediation projects
- Curtain walling – installation of high-quality facade systems
- Windows & doors – precise installation across commercial and/or residential projects
What we're looking for:
- Skilled CSCS card (essential)
- Proven experience in one or more of the specialisms above
- Own transport (essential)
- Contactable references
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safe working practices
