Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Roofer to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems on a variety of buildings. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilise a range of tools and techniques, and contribute to high-quality craftsmanship. Candidates will be taught to have a strong understanding of roofing processes, safety standards, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Please NOTE: ideally a CSCS card is required and a driving licence. driving licence is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Install new roofing systems using appropriate materials and techniques in accordance with project specifications and safety regulations.
Repair and replace damaged or worn roofing components to ensure durability and weather resistance. .
Operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and efficiently.
Perform heavy lifting of materials such as metal sheets, and other roofing components.
Conduct inspections of roofing structures to identify issues requiring repair or replacement.
Maintain a clean and organised work site, ensuring all safety protocols are followed at all times.
Experience
Strong physical fitness with the ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights comfortably. This role provides an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about construction and craftsmanship to develop their skills within a professional environment committed to quality work and safety standards.

Pay: £120.00-£150.00 per day
