Freelance Graphic Designer – 3 Months FTC

Contract Type: Temporary Contract

Rate: Negotiable

We are seeking a highly experienced Graphic Designer to provide temporary cover for our creative team. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented designer to work on a variety of housing and property sector brands, delivering high-quality creative across print and digital channels.

Responsibilities:

Lead concept development and deliver standout design across brand, campaign, and digital projects
Translate briefs into strong visual ideas and polished final outputs
Create brand identities, guidelines, brochures, signage, social media assets, and marketing materials
Ensure consistency and quality across all brand touchpoints
Present work and respond positively to feedback
Collaborate with designers, writers, strategists, and client teams
Support and inspire junior team members where required
Bring insight into housing and property sector audiences and trends

Requirements:

Experience in a creative agency or fast-paced in-house team
A strong portfolio demonstrating branding, layout, digital design, and typography
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent communication and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure
A balance of creative flair and commercial awareness
Experience within the housing or property sector is advantageous
