Job Title: Shop Manager – Sandwich & Coffee Shop

We're looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious, and commercially minded Shop Manager to lead and grow our independent sandwich shop. Key Responsibilities
- Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the shop.
- Develop exciting new menus, seasonal specials, and meal deals.
- Build and manage our social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Create and implement marketing campaigns to attract new and returning customers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain the highest food hygiene and safety standards.
- Manage stock, suppliers, staffing, and daily operations.
- Monitor sales, control costs, and identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.
- Build relationships with local businesses and develop catering and corporate lunch opportunities.

Essential Requirements
- Proven experience working within the food sector, ideally in a sandwich shop, café, deli, bakery, or similar food service environment.
- Previous management or supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene, food safety, and stock management.
- Experience developing menus and identifying food trends.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Experience using social media to promote a business and engage customers.
- A proactive, commercially minded, and results-driven approach.
- The ability to work independently, make confident decisions, and lead by example.
