- Transfer jobs to the correct department, including fabrication, machining, welding and assembly.
- Carry out quality checks on finished laser-cut components.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working area.
- Assist with material handling and stock movement when required.
- Work closely with production supervisors to maintain workflow and delivery schedules.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience operating CNC laser cutting machinery (preferred).
- Experience working within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good organisational skills.
- The ability to read and understand engineering drawings and production paperwork.
- A positive attitude and willingness to support different areas of production.
- A forklift licence would be an advantage, although training can be provided.

- Company pension.
- On-the-job training and opportunities to develop your skills.
- Secure employment within a well-established, family-run engineering business.
