Brackenwood Property and Estate Management

Property and Lettings Manager

Main Aim:

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Property & Lettings Manager to manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties. This is a key role within a small, fast-paced team, requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of residential properties to a high professional standard
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, shareholders, contractors and maintenance providers
Set, agree and monitor property budgets
Prepare for, schedule and chair client management meetings (full training provided)
Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and ensure works are completed to required standards
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with company processes
Respond promptly to enquiries and ensure a high level of customer service at all times
Liaise regularly with clients and contractors to ensure deadlines are met
Manage team diaries and scheduling
Prepare progress reports for internal management meetings
Oversee lettings management activities
Arrange and conduct site inspections and manage follow-up actions
Ensure KPIs and service standards are consistently met

Essential criteria:

Essential Criteria
Minimum of four GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above), or relevant industry experience
Previous experience in property management, lettings, estate agency, or a related field (preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office
Experience in conducting property/site inspections
Understanding of KPI-driven environments
Flexibility to travel and attend client AGMs as required

Desirable

Relevant third-level qualification
