About the Company
Sparkle Exterior Cleaning Services is a growing, family-run exterior cleaning business based in Bedford.
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and motivated Window Cleaning Technician to join our team on a long-term basis.
No previous window cleaning experience is required as full training will be provided.
The Role
You will be responsible for carrying out professional window cleaning for residential and small commercial customers using a modern water-fed pole system.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Window cleaning using a water-fed pole system
- Residential and small commercial work
- Working independently on your own round
- Providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship
- Working efficiently to complete your daily schedule
- Looking after the company van and equipment
Pay
During training: £110 per day
Once fully trained: £150+ per day
Performance and productivity bonuses are also available.
At £150 per day, working 5 days per week, this is approximately £39,000 gross annual day-rate earnings based on 52 weeks, before tax, National Insurance and other self-employed costs.
As you become more experienced and productive, there is the opportunity to increase your earnings further.

A full UK driving licence is essential.
Previous window cleaning or exterior cleaning experience is an advantage but is not essential.
The right attitude, reliability and work ethic are more important than previous experience.
