About this role …

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our fantastic Reservations Team as a Reservationist.

You’ll be working closely with the team to oversee and be responsible for the smooth running of the reservations and booking process. Key focus will be on ensuring guests have a positive and memorable experience during the booking process.

What we’re looking for …

Excellent customer service and people skills
The ability to upsell and motivate team members into doing this
Excellent communication to all customers, including team members
Flexibility to work on a rota basis across five days a week
The ability to think on your feet, respond quickly and problem solve effectively
Have the confidence in thinking of cost effective new ideas by networking
The ability to complete tasks efficiently and in timely manner
