Full job description

Build your HR career with genuine variety and impact at Calrec Audio, where you'll gain hands-on experience across every aspect of HR and workplace management instead of being stuck in one narrow function.

What you'll be doing

You'll support our HR Manager across diverse responsibilities that will develop your skills:

HR administration and employee engagement initiatives
Recruitment support and onboarding new starters
Reception duties and welcoming visitors
Facilities management and contractor coordination
Health & Safety administration
Helping deliver company events

What we're looking for

You're highly organised and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills. You enjoy rolling your sleeves up and getting involved.

You're confident using Microsoft Excel, including:

Pivot Tables
VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP functions
Creating reports

You're equally comfortable welcoming visitors, liaising with contractors, organising office operations, and producing detailed reports.
