BACKGROUND: PartsPak is a fast growing aftermarket parts supplier to the food industry. Having celebrated its 10 year anniversary in 2024, the PartsPak Group is expected hit revenue of £12m in 2026, including US and Italian subsidiaries
ROLE PURPOSE: We are looking for an ambitious finance professional to join our team and take responsibility for key sales/purchases accounting processes within our US entity, PartsPak Inc. Our US team are based in Pennsylvania on the East Coast. The role involves working UK hours with the opportunity for occasional travel to our site near Philadelphia. The successful candidate will provide financial support to key stakeholders in our US team and ensure accurate/complete information within the finance system
REPORTING TO: Group Finance Manager
Key Responsibilities
· Accounts payable, including entering purchase invoices onto the accounting system
· Raising sales invoices and sending to customers
· Credit checks for new customer accounts
· Credit control, including issuing payment reminders to customers and escalating non-payment of invoices where necessary
· Monthly bank reconciliations
· Monthly credit card reconciliations
· Entering employee expense claims onto the accounting system
· Posting journals for accruals and prepayments
· Supporting operational stakeholders with financial information and resolving finance related queries
· Issuing monthly management reports and KPI tracking reports
· Ensure compliance with financial controls and processes
· Any other finance tasks as determined by the Managing Director or Group Finance Director
Person Specification
· AAT Level 3
· 2-3 years’ experience of working in a commercial finance team with relevant experience relative to the key responsibilities listed above
· Experience of working with an accounting system
· Accuracy and an attention to detail
· Computer literacy, including a basic understanding of excel
· Strong communication skills
· Ability to work in a team
· Can-do attitude and positive approach
· Experience of working with the Netsuite accounting system

· Study support will be provided upon mutual agreement between PartsPak Ltd and the Group Financial Accountant
Pay: £30,000.00 per year
