Job Summary

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Housekeeping Room Attendant, where your energy and attention to detail will create a welcoming and pristine environment for our guests. Duties

Clean and sanitize guest rooms thoroughly, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to uphold high standards of cleanliness
Maintain public areas such as hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and recreational spaces by performing routine janitorial tasks
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure guest safety and comfort
Restock amenities like towels, toiletries, and linens to meet guest needs efficiently
Follow established procedures for handling guest requests with professionalism and courtesy
Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled to maintain overall facility hygiene

Qualifications

Previous hotel experience or hospitality background is highly preferred
Experience in janitorial services or cleaning roles demonstrates familiarity with cleaning techniques and equipment
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude toward guests and team members
Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shifts
Knowledge of safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment is advantageous
