Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Early Years Educator to join our team as a Room Leader. You will lead a room supporting children aged 0–5 within a stimulating, child-led environment inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach.
Based on our own working farm with beautiful views of the South Downs National Park, our unique setting offers extensive outdoor learning, a dedicated Forest School site, and opportunities for children to connect with nature and our farm animals.

The Role
- Lead and inspire a team within your room
- Act as a Key Person, building strong relationships with children and families
- Deliver engaging learning experiences in line with the EYFS and our Reggio-inspired ethos
- Observe, assess, and support children’s individual development
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and care
About You
- Hold a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
- Have experience working with children aged 0–5 and previous leadership experience
- Have a strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements
- Be passionate about outdoor learning and child-led education
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills
