Executive Assistant

Bristol | Up to £40,000 | Office Based

Are you an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment? Do you enjoy being at the heart of a business, keeping senior leaders organised and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes?

Our client is a well-established and highly respected specialist property finance lender with an excellent reputation in the market. Following continued growth, they are looking to appoint an Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to two senior executives, playing a pivotal role in the day-to-day running of the business.

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, ambitious organisation where no two days are the same. You'll become a trusted right-hand support, working across a variety of business-critical tasks while helping to keep a busy executive team one step ahead.

The Role

Providing full executive support to two senior leaders.
Managing complex diaries, meetings and travel arrangements.
Preparing meeting packs, presentations and board documentation.
Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Managing correspondence, emails and confidential information with discretion.
Coordinating projects and ensuring actions are followed through to completion.
Supporting with event planning, team meetings and business administration.
Taking ownership of a wide range of ad hoc tasks to keep the business operating efficiently.

About You

Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting senior executives is essential.
Experience within financial services, property finance, banking, legal or another professional services environment would be highly advantageous.
Exceptionally organised with outstanding attention to detail.
Able to prioritise competing demands in a fast-moving environment.
Strong communication skills with the confidence to liaise at all levels.
Proactive, resourceful and happy to roll your sleeves up when needed.
Highly professional with the ability to handle confidential information.
