Full job description

We are looking for a motivated, creative and adaptable individual to join our team as a Marketing & Media Coordinator. This varied role supports multiple businesses within our group, including Three Monkeys Bar, Wellies Bar, Funland Amusements, Lings Casino and Jubilee Fields.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing our digital presence through marketing, social media, website management and multimedia content creation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for digital marketing who is eager to develop new skills and grow within an ever-evolving business.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design and produce both printed and digital marketing materials, including posters, flyers, menus, social media graphics and promotional content.

· Manage and maintain company websites using Wix, including updating events, improving SEO, creating landing pages and distributing email newsletters.

· Manage our customer loyalty platform, creating engaging offers, promotions and customer campaigns.

· Produce engaging digital content, including photography, videography, social media posts and promotional videos for advertising screens.

· Monitor and respond to customer enquiries across social media and other online communication channels.

· Capture photo and video content during events and busy trading periods to showcase our venues, products and customer experience.

· Schedule and manage social media content across multiple platforms.

· Assist in planning and delivering marketing campaigns throughout the year.

· Monitor marketing performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Essential Skills

· General computing experience with google and Microsoft platforms

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Good organisational and time management skills

· Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

· Willingness to learn and adapt

Desirable Skills

· Experience using Video and Graphic design software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop & Coreldraw.

· Experience Managing websites using Wix or similar CMS

· Knowledge of SEO

· Experience with social media advertising
