About Us:

The Giddy Goose Restaurant & Wine Bar is a vibrant and stylish dining destination known for its warm atmosphere, top-quality ingredients, and creative cuisine. We take pride in our Neapolitan style pizzas, street styled food and curated wine selection. We’re looking for a passionate Pizza Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team and bring their flair and flavor to our menu.

The Role:

As our Pizza Chef, you’ll be responsible for preparing a variety of delicious, hand-crafted Neapolitan pizzas with precision, speed, and creativity. You’ll work closely with our Head Chef to maintain high standards and help evolve our menu with seasonal specials and customer favorites.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook high-quality pizzas in a fast-paced kitchen
Hand-stretch dough, apply toppings, and operate the pizza oven
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times
Assist with inventory, prep, and stock rotation
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team and contribute to a positive, high-energy work environment

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a pizza chef or similar role
Skilled in dough preparation, hand-stretching, and baking
A creative approach to flavors and presentation
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a passion for great food
