About Us

Nestled on the beautiful Deganwy Marina with stunning views across the Conwy Estuary, The Quay Hotel and Spa is a luxury 4-star destination known for its elegant design, exceptional service, and tranquil atmosphere. We pride ourselves on creating memorable experiences for our guests — and that begins with our dedicated team.

About the Role

We are looking for a Room Attendant to join our friendly Housekeeping team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our guest rooms and public areas are spotless, comfortable, and welcoming. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a great eye for detail and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and service guest bedrooms, bathroom and corridors to hotel standards.
Change bed linens, replenish towels and restock guest amenities.
Ensure all rooms are presented beautifully and maintained to the highest standards.
Report maintenance issues and lost property promptly.
Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently.
Support other housekeeping and laundry duties as required.
Provide friendly and professional service to guests at all times.

What We’re Looking For

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (training provided).
A positive attitude and pride in delivering excellent work.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and shifts as required.
