Join Our Growing Team for Projects Throughout Northern Ireland

We are currently recruiting experienced Steel Erectors and Cladders to join our team.

We're looking for reliable, safety-conscious individuals with a strong work ethic and experience working on commercial and industrial construction projects.

Essential Requirements

Proven experience (minimum 3+ years) in steel erection and cladding installation.
Proven training record.
Valid permit/right to work in the UK.
Current CSR Card.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong commitment to health and safety.

Desirable Qualifications

Experience with concrete works, including:
Screeding
General concrete works
Finishing and associated tasks
Telehandler Operator Card.
MEWP (Mobile Elevating Work Platform) Operator Card.
Other relevant construction plant certifications would be an advantage.

What We Offer

Competitive rates of pay, based on experience and tickets – paid weekly.
Employed on a PAYE basis (not subcontract).
Steady, ongoing year-round work on a variety of commercial and industrial projects.
PPE and site transport (from yard in Cookstown) provided.
28 days' paid annual leave plus public holidays. This includes the standard construction shutdown — two weeks in July and two weeks at Christmas.
We cover ticket renewals and relevant additional training.

Employment Details

Full-time, Monday to Friday, occasionally Saturday required.
Immediate start for suitable candidates.
