Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Office Cleaner to join our team, responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various commercial premises. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to creating a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with prior cleaning experience or those eager to develop their skills within a professional setting.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in commercial spaces.
Maintain cleanliness of washrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to meet health and safety standards.
Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used efficiently and stored appropriately after use.
Report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning duties to the supervisor promptly.
Follow established health and safety protocols to minimise risks and ensure a safe working environment.
Adhere to company policies regarding cleaning procedures and confidentiality requirements.

Qualifications

Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred (office or commercial cleaning ideal, but not essential)
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining efficiency.
Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Reliable with a professional attitude towards work responsibilities.
Physical ability to perform cleaning duties which may involve standing for extended periods, lifting, and maneuvering cleaning equipment.
Must hold a full UK driving license and have access to own transport.
Right to work in the UK
Successful candidates will be required to complete a DBS check
