Responsibilities

- Support in meal planning, ingredient sourcing, and stock management
- Serve food to customers in a courteous and efficient manner
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist with cleaning dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment after service periods
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles; restaurant or catering experience is essential
- Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak service times
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in meal presentation and cleanliness
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude towards customers and colleagues
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the catering schedule
