Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Freelance Reformer Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and inspiring clients to achieve their full potential. This role requires excellent communication skills, creativity, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of learners.

Salary will vary from £25-£30 per class depending on experience.

Duties

Deliver engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the curriculum.
Assess and evaluate client progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
Create a supportive and inclusive class atmosphere that encourages client participation and collaboration.
Develop lesson plans that incorporate various teaching strategies and resources to cater to different learning styles.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and performance.
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the educational programme.
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and methodologies.

Requirements

A relevant teaching qualification or degree in the subject area is essential
Qualification in Pre/Post Natal is a bonus
Previous experience in an instructional role is advantageous but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates willing to learn
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with students and colleagues
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
A commitment to fostering an inclusive environment that respects diversity and promotes equality among all students

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £30.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
