Job Specific Duties And Responsibilities
- First point of contact for customer repair requirements (phone and email).
- Provide advice and support to internal and external customers. Including regular updates on ongoing repairs and ensuring all internal systems are regularly and accurately updated.
- Daily receipt and dispatch of faulty customer probes and loan probes.
- Carrying out initial inspections and booking in of probes into the lab, including acoustic testing.
- Carrying out QC checks on repaired probes prior to their return to customers.
- Scheduling Preventative Maintenance visits with customers.
- Supporting the Technical Manager to ensure customer SLA’s are met.
- Highlighting sales opportunities to the sales team in a timely fashion.
- Ensuring all technical notes are entered into the CRM system in a timely manner.
- Issuing repair quotes to customers, following these through to conclusion.

Pay: £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
