Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Corby, Northamptonshire
Salary: £17,500 – £20,000 based on 25 hours per week (dependent on experience)
Hours: Part-Time, 25 hours per week, afternoons (1pm-5pm)
About the Role: Pioneer Plant, the official Develon dealer for the East Midlands and East Anglia, is looking for a part-time Sales Administrator to join our team in Corby. Working alongside our Sales Office Coordinator, you’ll help ensure the efficient and effective administration of the sales process and support the smooth day-to-day running of our sales office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Bringing machines into stock on the dealer management system (DMS) and Sales Order Control System (SOCS)
- Receiving and processing orders from the sales team
- Managing and maintaining SOCS to ensure records remain accurate and up to date
- Carrying out monthly stock checks
- Scheduling invoicing with customers and finance companies
- Liaising with the internal finance team regarding invoicing and trade-in invoices
- Invoicing of machines
- Maintaining regular customer communication throughout the sales process
- Updating customer and wholegoods records with machine serial numbers, specifications and warranty terms and conditions
- Registering machines for warranty and service plans
- Calculating commissions in conjunction with the General Manager
- Maintaining consistent communication with finance companies
Requirements:
- Experience in the agricultural, automotive or plant machinery industry preferred
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Good general IT skills, including Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Honest, professional and reliable, with a strong sense of integrity
- A team player who is happy to support others when needed
- Full UK driving licence
