Operations Support Co-ordinator
Location: Corby (On-site)
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
About the Role
We're looking for an organised and proactive Operations Support Co-ordinator to join our busy logistics team in Corby.
In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring customer orders are fulfilled efficiently from stock allocation through to dispatch, helping us achieve our OTIF (On Time In Full) targets and customer service commitments. You'll work closely with warehouse, transport, inventory, and supply chain teams while providing support across multiple operational functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and reserve customer orders from UK and Irish warehouses, ensuring all required documentation accompanies shipments.
- Support the end-to-end order fulfilment process for a variety of customers, including retail and online channels.
- Investigate customer helpdesk claims and escalate high-profile issues where appropriate.
- Complete and maintain operational reports and ensure key figures are available for daily meetings.
- Assist with processing third-party orders through customer platforms and internal systems.
- Collaborate with supply chain and inventory teams to monitor stock availability and order fulfilment requirements.
- Liaise daily with warehouse and transport teams regarding workload planning, urgent stock requirements, and inventory count requests.
- Provide support across operational functions including Helpdesk, CRM, order reservations, and reporting activities.
- Assist with holiday and sickness cover within the team when required.
- Develop knowledge across all areas of the distribution function to provide operational flexibility.
- Undertake additional duties as required by the senior management team.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Experience working to strict deadlines and service level agreements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work, with a willingness to support different areas of the business.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics D365 or AX.
- Previous experience within an FMCG environment.
- Experience working in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution setting.
