Role Overview
MMC Power & Performance Metals is looking for an organised, proactive and detail-focused Operations Processor to support customer orders, operational administration, stock control, reporting and day-to-day business activities. The role requires someone who enjoys working with data, maintaining accurate records and ensuring customer and operational requirements are met efficiently. It is intended as a long-term career opportunity within a growing manufacturing and distribution business.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Orders & Administration
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Enter and maintain customer and order information.
Prepare and distribute order confirmations and supporting documentation
Support the Operations Director and wider team with administrative duties.
Maintain accurate operational records and filing systems.

Stock Control & Inventory
Review and approve stock transactions.
Monitor and investigate stock movements.
Carry out regular cycle counts.
Identify and resolve stock discrepancies.
Assist with annual stock takes.
Work closely with warehouse and production teams to maintain inventory accuracy.
Support continuous improvement of stock control processes.

Reporting & Data Management
Maintain spreadsheets and operational records.
Produce stock and operational reports using Excel.
Monitor key performance information and data accuracy.

Skills & Experience
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Good Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Office skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Experience in administration, operations, logistics or stock control would be advantageous.
