Key Responsibilities
The Senior Marketing Executive plays a key role in delivering brand growth and commercial objectives across Ehrmann Cornish Dairy’s portfolio. Working across Cornish Dairy Co. and Ehrmann UK, the role is responsible for the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, activations, and key brand channels.
This is a hands-on role that combines campaign delivery, channel management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure best-in-class execution from awareness to conversion to sale.
Support the Head of Marketing and Marketing Director in delivering brand and sales growth across the UK and Cornwall.
Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and commercial performance.
Support new product development and launches, including packaging input.
Lead event execution across the business, including consumer shows, trade events, farmer meetings, and internal engagement initiatives.
Manage key marketing channels, with a focus on social media planning and performance:
Run and report on consumer feedback surveys, including weekly online retailer feedback and monthly VYPER survey results.
Brief, manage, and coordinate external agencies and suppliers, including PR, digital, and website partners, ensuring clear deliverables and strong output.
Maintain website content and report analytics performance.
Act as a brand guardian, ensuring messaging and creative consistency across all channels.
Organise and attend consumer and trade events, acting as lead on smaller projects and brand experience initiatives.
Support the wider commercial objectives through retail and promotional execution (competitor insight, performance data, retailer decks, promotional activity and creative roll-out)

Experience delivering marketing campaigns or activations end-to-end.
Good understanding of the full marketing mix (social, PR, digital, events, retail).
Experience managing or contributing to social media channels and content planning.
Ability to analyse performance data and turn it into clear, actionable insights.
Strong attention to detail across all communications and outputs. Confident working with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Desirable skills and competencies
Experience managing agencies or external suppliers.
FMCG or food and drink marketing experience.
Exposure to trade marketing or working with retail customers.
Experience with paid social campaigns and performance reporting.
Familiarity with survey and insight tools (e.g. VYPER).
Experience working with WordPress CMS website platform.
Marketing qualification (CIM, mini-MBA, degree)
