Mike Martin Window Systems is a family-run Cornish business with over 40 years of experience supplying and installing high-quality windows and doors across Cornwall.
Based from our purpose-built Mid Cornwall headquarters, including showroom, warehouse and offices, our team of around 20 staff support homeowners, self-build customers, developers, builders and trade professionals across a wide variety of projects throughout Cornwall.
We are looking for somebody who enjoys helping customers bring renovation, self-build and home improvement projects to life.
This is not a cold-calling sales role and it is not simply about pricing what appears on a drawing.
We are looking for somebody who can bring ideas, confidence and practical solutions to projects, helping customers make informed decisions whilst reducing stress throughout the process.
Projects range from replacement windows and doors through to self-builds, renovations and larger residential developments across Cornwall.
Our admin team manage incoming enquiries and appointments. From there, you’ll work directly with homeowners, architects, builders, developers, quantity surveyors and trade customers to discuss projects, recommend suitable products and prepare detailed quotations from plans, drawings and window schedules.
You’ll manage and progress your own pipeline of quotations and live enquiries whilst working closely with our surveying, installation and office teams to help ensure a smooth customer journey from start to finish.
You will also work alongside our Installation Manager throughout live projects to help maintain strong communication and customer confidence, whilst the day-to-day management and scheduling of fitting teams remains with the installation department.
This is a role for somebody who enjoys taking ownership, making decisions and becoming a trusted part of the customer journey.
Reporting directly to the Operations Director and Managing Director, this is an opportunity for somebody who wants greater ownership, responsibility and involvement in interesting projects across Cornwall.
