Office Administrator

We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, and motivated Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations at our Plymouth office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or develop a career in administration, offering a varied role within our company with exposure to both administrative and finance-related responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service on email and phone
Invoice & Order Processing
Communicating with Subcontractors, Trade Suppliers & members of the public
Handling correspondence for the Managing Director

Skills & Experience

Good written and verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good time management skills.
Professional and friendly manner.
