We are looking for a motivated, confident, and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our field sales team. In this role, you will engage with potential customers, introduce and promote our products or services, generate leads, and secure sales while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is outgoing, resilient, self-motivated, and enjoys working in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

● To promote and sell the company’s products or services.

● Engage customers and residents in a professional, friendly, and respectful manner.

● Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and accurately.

● Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

● Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.

● Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets

● Attend team meetings, sales training, and coaching sessions as required.

Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on customer availability and business needs.
