We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Senior Support Workers to join our team and assist our Clinical Psychologists in providing top-quality care to the individuals we support. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with skilled professionals in the field, gaining invaluable experience and making a real difference to people’s lives.

Some of the individuals we support have a forensic history or present a current forensic risk and can at times show behavior's of distress.

Role Specific Duties:

Ensure individuals we support are at the heart of care delivery and their wishes and preferences enhance their wellbeing.
To contribute to the efficient running of the home.
Support Individuals to maintain their relationships and connections with the local community.
Ensure Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSP) and other information about how to support Individuals are followed.
To be involved as a lead Keyworker in a key worker team for individuals we support.
To ‘step-up’ to the role of Team Leader during their absence.
Be responsible for informing Team Leaders / Registered Manager of any changes in the needs of Individuals we support.
