The Person:

Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Proven experience in a front office or guest service role
Ability to provide exceptional customer service

The Role:

Assist the Front Office Manager in supervising daily front desk operations
To be totally customer focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service and responding to guest inquiries and requests in a timely manner
Assist in managing the front office staff, and support with onboarding and training new employees
Assist in the Front Office operations, from scheduling staff, ensuring procedures are followed and monitor and manage daily revenue reports
