Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Exhibition Manager for our Design Studio to lead creative projects and oversee the development of innovative visual content. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital design, web development, and multimedia production, with the ability to manage a team of designers and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the visual identity of our brand while fostering a collaborative and creative environment.

Duties

Lead and manage the design studio team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality output.
Oversee the development of digital designs, including web layouts, branding materials, and multimedia content.
Utilise software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere, Figma, Maya, CAD programmes, and Sketch to create compelling visual assets.
Coordinate with marketing teams to develop engaging campaigns using video editing and graphic design techniques.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and client expectations to ensure timely delivery of all design projects.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends in digital design, web design, photography, and video production.
Foster a creative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement within the studio.
Collaborate with external vendors or freelancers when specialised skills are required for specific projects.

Qualifications

Proven experience in exhibition design digital design, graphic design, exhibition design, and multimedia production.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, Maya, CAD software, SketchUp and Sketch.
Strong skills in photography and video editing with a portfolio demonstrating previous work.
Knowledge of marketing principles as they relate to visual content creation.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a creative team.
A degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts or related fields is preferred but not essential. This role is ideal for a EXHIBITION creative professional eager to lead innovative projects within a vibrant studio environment while utilising a broad range of digital tools and techniques.

Pay: From £50,000.00 per year
