Job summary
Business Support hold responsibility for a range of administrative tasks supporting the delivery of clinical services.
Community Specialist Services consists of different clinical services all with Business Support needs to aid the smooth and effective delivery of care.
To provide a comprehensive administration and secretarial service to the multi-disciplinary team. The postholder will be responsible for the organisation of their own workload and delegated decisions/actions as deemed appropriate by the Business Support Coordinator. The principle of high-quality customer care is at the heart of this role, and the needs of the service user will be the team's utmost priority.
The role includes liaising with a variety of different stakeholders meaning it is imperative for the post holder to have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and high customer service standards.

Experienced Admin Assistant with RSA II in word processing, or an equivalent qualification.
A good standard of education including at least English and Maths at Vocational Level 2 or 5 x GCSE Grade 4/ C or above.
To have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Excel and email.
