Full job description

Job Title: Permanent Commercial / Agricultural Tyre Fitter

Location: Bardon, Coalville

Tanvic Group is a financially strong, family‑owned business with over 50 years of trading. We deliver high‑quality service across the Commercial and Agricultural sectors and invest heavily in our people. We’re now looking for a motivated Commercial Tyre Fitter to join our successful team in Bardon.

What you’ll do:

Fit and repair tyres on Agricultural, Plant and Commercial fleets
Attend roadside breakdowns as part of the 24‑hour call‑out rota (with additional call‑out payments)
Carry out inspections, pressure checks and general tyre maintenance
Complete job cards and digital records accurately
Maintain the mobile fitting van, tools and equipment
Follow company policies and health & safety procedures

What We’re Looking For:

Full UK driving licence (max 6 points)
Flexible, reliable and able to work independently
Strong customer service skills
Motivated, proactive and calm under pressure
A strong team player

Working Hours

44 hours per week
Mon–Fri: 8.30am–5.00pm
Sat: 8.30am–12.30pm
Participation in the 24‑hour call‑out rota required
