We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Head of Content – Videographer, Editor & Photographer to lead our visual content production. This role involves conceptualising, filming, and editing engaging videos and visual materials that align with our brand identity and strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in videography, photography, and digital editing, alongside proficiency in industry-standard software. This is a paid position offering an exciting opportunity to shape our visual storytelling and elevate our brand presence.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualise and develop compelling video content tailored to various platforms and audiences.
- Film high-quality footage using professional videography equipment, ensuring optimal lighting, sound, and composition.
- Edit video footage with precision using Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar software to produce polished final products.
- Incorporate motion graphics, visual effects, and animations using Adobe After Effects and Adobe Illustrator to enhance video content.
- Capture high-resolution photographs that complement video projects or serve as standalone content pieces.
- Manage all aspects of post-production including colour grading, sound editing, and visual enhancements to ensure professional quality.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop content strategies that support campaign goals and brand messaging.
- Maintain an organised archive of all media assets for easy retrieval and future use.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in videography, photography, and digital media tools to continually improve content quality.
Skills
- Proven experience in videography, photography, and digital content creation with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Adobe InDesign, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Skilled in video editing techniques with knowledge of Final Cut Pro or similar editing software.
- Strong understanding of lighting, sound recording, camera operation, and post-production workflows.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Creative flair with an eye for detail in visual composition and storytelling.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
