Full job description

We are a friendly, modern specialist Orthodontic practice delivering exceptional care and patient experiences. We’re looking for an organised, people-focused Orthodontic Dental Practice Manager to keep our operations running smoothly and our team motivated.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and support our reception and clinical teams.
Oversee daily operations, patient flow, and appointment scheduling.
Ensure compliance with CQC, GDPR, and health & safety standards.
Manage performance and NHS contract targets
Drive improvements in patient experience and team efficiency.

What You’ll Bring:

Experience in dental or healthcare practice management.
Preferably a GDC registered Dental Nurse although a strong Dental administrator may be considered
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of CQC compliance and dental software (Orthotrac or similar)
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
