Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Field Supervisor to oversee and coordinate care services within our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising care staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality senior care, and maintaining effective communication with clients and team members. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with supervisory experience in care environments to lead a team and make a positive impact on the lives of our clients. The Care Field Supervisor will be required to travel between client locations, utilising their driving skills to ensure smooth operations across multiple sites. The role also requires the staff member to provide support and care to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support care staff to deliver exceptional senior care in accordance with individual care plans.
- Provide support and care to our clients.
- Organise and oversee daily care activities, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular visits to care homes and client residences to monitor service quality and address any issues promptly.
- Develop, review, and update personalised care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Lead training sessions and provide ongoing supervision to staff, fostering a positive team environment centred on professional development.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and maintained in accordance with legal requirements.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, healthcare providers, and internal teams to coordinate care services efficiently.
- Manage schedules, assign tasks, and oversee staff rotas to optimise resource utilisation.
- Drive organisational initiatives aimed at improving service delivery and client satisfaction.
Skills
- Proven experience in supervising or managing within a care home or senior care setting.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, essential for liaising with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Proficient IT skills for managing documentation, care plans, and scheduling systems.
- Valid driving licence with reliable driving skills to travel between various care locations efficiently.
- Knowledge of care planning processes and regulatory standards relevant to senior care services.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy, professionalism, and discretion.

Pay: £24,420.00-£28,083.82 per year
