About the Role – What You’ll Do

As a Head Waiter/Waitress at Amazonico, you’ll play a vital role in delivering seamless, high-quality service with personality and flair. You’ll guide and support your section while working closely with the management and wider front-of-house team to ensure a truly memorable guest experience.

You will:

Deliver exceptional service with energy, knowledge, and attention to detail
Lead your section confidently and support junior team members
Build strong guest relationships and tailor each experience to their needs
Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and readiness across the dining area
Follow and uphold Amazonico service standards at all times
Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a Head Waiter/Waitress or Senior Waiter in a premium or luxury hospitality venue
A confident, professional, and warm personality
Excellent communication and leadership skills
A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
A team player with a proactive and positive attitude
