The opportunity
To support growing demand, we’re looking for a senior technician to take a lead role across our exact vehicle builds, identifying and solving problems and ensuring our customers are satisfied through a real focus on quality. You’ll set the standard to ensure every vehicle leaves us better than it arrived.
What you’ll do
· Lead assembly, upgrade and restoration work on high‑value road and competition cars, ensuring OE‑plus fit and finish throughout
· Own complex diagnosis and rectification on chassis, powertrain and electrical systems
· Specify processes and QA checks, sign off on critical stages, road‑test and document every stage to keep our customers fully informed
· Guide loom routing, terminations and motorsport‑grade electrical best practice
· Collaborate with engine build, fabrication and paint partners as needed
· Coach junior colleagues and apprentices, helping them adopt methods and attention to detail
· Contribute to continuous improvement in tooling, workflows and H&S procedures
What you’ll bring
· Extensive hands‑on experience as a senior-level technician in classic, motorsport or specialist vehicle engineering
· Mastery across mechanical systems, wiring and diagnostics, with the confidence to own complex faults end‑to‑end
· Proven track record of leading builds to exacting standards to an agreed timing plan
· Clear, concise documentation skills and the ability to communicate with the team and clients
· Experience with period performance vehicles and restomod projects is desirable

We are not a garage! We are a small motorsport business with a 1.5-million-pound turnover.
You need to be able to work on half a million-pound race cars such a Ferraris.
For example, need to take a car that is built and understand why the indicator is not working, why the aircon is broken on a 40 year old vehicle!

Due to expanding demand, we are looking for a full time Electrician to join our existing team, to help support the build processes of our world famous 205’s and the growing special projects we are now undertaking.

You’ll be responsible for delivering complex builds, solve challenging electrical problems and deliver elite craftsmanship on iconic cars.
What you’ll do:
· Repair and test of looms for Project cars.
· Manufacture of new looms when required.
· Installation of Audio and Immobiliser systems and Diagnostic work.
· Work on iconic cars such as the Peugeot 205 GTi, Ford RS200 and many more
· Contribute to our reputation of sympathetic, high-quality, diverse and dynamic automotive and motorsport projects
What we’re looking for:
· Experience in motorsport, automotive or marine industries
· A solid understanding of electrical engineering's first principles and the ability to work unsupervised
· Strong problem-solving skills, computer literacy and proficiency in Excel
· Motorsport or Mil Spec wiring, connector experience
· A dynamic individual who is excited to work on a range of road and competition cars to the highest standards
· Experienced in being hands‑on with engine builds in a full‑time workplace working to the highest standards with acute attention to detail
· Highly motivated, proactive, forward‑thinking, flexible and efficient in their work ethic - with a positive attitude
· Able to work unsupervised and meet deadlines
· Able to self‑scrutinise their own work to ensure it meets the standards of excellence expected by our customers
· A good communicator both internally and with suppliers and clients
· Holder of a full UK driving licence (trailer licence is a bonus)
