Rental Sales Agent
Up to £36,000 OTE | Basic Salary + Monthly Bonuses

We are seeking driven, results-oriented sales professionals with a proven track record of achieving sales targets to join our high-performing team as Rental Sales Agents.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with people, and can consistently deliver both exceptional service and strong sales results.

Key Responsibilities

Managing the full rental process – from vehicle preparation and customer interaction to handling returns.
Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets by promoting products, services, and upgrades.
Delivering exceptional face-to-face customer service while driving revenue opportunities.
Acting as a brand ambassador, maximising every customer interaction.

What We’re Looking For

Proven sales experience – with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Previous customer service background in industries such as retail, hospitality, or travel.
Excellent communication skills with a professional, confident approach.
A team player with resilience and a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude.

Important Information

Full-time & part-time hours available – shifts vary Monday to Sunday depending on business needs.
This is not a 9–5, Monday to Friday role – flexibility is essential.
Minimum age requirement: 21 (for insurance purposes).
A full valid UK driving licence (manual and automatic) with at least 12 months of driving experience.
All offers of employment are subject to a satisfactory DBS check.
