We are currently hiring for our client, a National Governing Body in their Sport - This is an exciting time to be joining a lovely organisation who are passionate about their industry. This role is based near Coventry, and our client is keen to interview candidates with relevant experience for this role.

The Executive Assistant is responsible for managing day-to-day administration across the organisation, on behalf of the CEO, to include secretariat responsibilities to the BD Board of Directors, as well as supporting the Head of Operations (HOO) and CEO with HR and governance administration.

We are looking for a highly organised professional, who has excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail. You will have a structured approach to work, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines.

You should be a highly motivated and proactive self-starter, equally adept at working independently and being an effective team player. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to build strong professional relationships, both internally and externally.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role and a track record of providing high standards of executive support for senior teams. An interest in sport would be advantageous but is not essential for this position.

Essentials:

Excellent communication skills, both written, and verbal
Experience with MINUTE TAKING with accuracy and attention to detail
Strong administration experience
Diary management
Able to produce reports using EXCEL
Be able to report to board level
Self sufficient, and able to prioritise workload
Able to work to tight deadlines, and work under pressure with a calm attitude
IT Literate with Word, EXCEL, and PowerPoint
