Purchase Ledger Clerk / Office Administrator

Location: Stoneleigh Park, Kenilworth, CV8 2LG
Hours: Part-time – 22.5 hours per week
(Days/hours negotiable; availability required for some hours on Fridays)

About the Role

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Clerk / Office Administrator to join our team at the National Beekeeping Centre. Reporting to the Management Accountant, this varied role combines purchase ledger responsibilities with general office administration and operational support.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the finance and administration function, supporting supplier payments, office operations, and customer service activities.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

Have previous experience in purchase ledger or accounts administration
Be highly numerate with excellent attention to detail
Have strong organisational and time management skills
Be able to work accurately and efficiently to deadlines
Demonstrate a professional and proactive approach
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Be comfortable undertaking a varied role within a small team environment

Please note this role involves occasional lifting of boxes weighing up to 15kg.
