Correla are looking for a Paralegal to join our Legal team.

Salary: circa £36,000 (advertised salary achievable for a candidate fulfilling all role criteria)

Job Type: Permanent, 22.5 hours/week

About the Role:

Provide day-to-day support to Head of Legal and Senior Legal Counsel across commercial, corporate and governance matters.
Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of supplier contracts and NDAs.
Review and update precedents and standard terms.
Support Procurement Team with contract renewals and supplier onboarding.
Assist with preparation and organisation of board minutes and board meeting packs.
Maintain statutory registers and liaise with external counsel on updating of statutory books and filing of confirmation statement.
Maintain contracts and NDA registers.
Collaborate closely with key stakeholders (SaaS, Managed Services, Procurement, Finance, People Services) to support business initiatives and respond to legal enquiries.
Undertake legal research and horizon scanning on relevant legal and regulatory developments.

About You

Paralegal/UK qualified lawyer with 3+ years PQE with inhouse experience.
Experience working with commercial contracts and company secretarial matters.
