Full job description

Are you a talented videographer/content creator looking for your first full-time role with an exciting digital agency?

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Videographer to join our content team. Working alongside our Senior Videographer, you will assist with filming and editing engaging content for a wide range of clients, as well as creating in-house content for Delivered Social.

The majority of our work focuses on short-form social media content for platforms. However, you'll also have the opportunity to work on larger creative projects such as marketing campaigns, long-form video productions and brand content.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced agency environment while gaining experience across all aspects of video production.

Key Responsibilities:

Capture high-quality video content for clients' social media channels.
Film engaging in-house content for Delivered Social.
Edit short-form videos for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
Assist with editing longer-form videos, campaigns and promotional content.
Support photography shoots when required.
Set up and operate cameras, lighting and audio equipment.
Organise, back up and manage video footage and project files.
Ensure content meets client briefs and brand guidelines.
Help prepare equipment for filming days.
Contribute creative ideas during planning and content brainstorming sessions.
Keep up to date with social media trends, editing styles and platform updates.
Maintain high production standards across all projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

A passion for videography and content creation.
Experience filming and editing video content (professional or personal portfolio).
Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro (experience with After Effects and Photoshop is an advantage).
Good understanding of camera operation, lighting and audio.
Strong attention to detail and storytelling skills.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
Willingness to learn and develop within a creative agency environment.
Full UK driving licence is desirable.

To be considered for this role, you should be creative and proactive with strong communication skills as you’ll need this both for the Delivered Social team and directing clients. We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude who is willing to learn whilst working well under deadlines.
