We're seeking an innovative and strategic marketing professional with a proven ability to identify effective ways to engage target audiences and deliver impactful campaigns across a wide range of media channels.

As a Senior Campaigns and Brand Officer, you'll lead the end-to-end development and delivery of campaigns that support positive change and help improve outcomes for children, young people and families across Hampshire.

The Role:

Working closely with the Campaigns and Brand Manager, the wider Communications team and colleagues across Children’s Services, you will take the lead in planning and delivering impactful campaigns. This role has a key focus on supporting the objectives of the Families First Partnership Programme (FFP), the Department for Education's national reform programme for children's social care.

What you’ll do:

Lead and deliver integrated marketing campaigns from planning through to execution, ensuring activity meets objectives and drives engagement and behaviour change.
Work with families, children, young people and stakeholders in co-production activities to help shape campaign messaging and materials.
Develop engaging multi-channel marketing materials across digital, web, video, animation and print, working closely with designers and content specialists.
Manage campaign and engagement activity including events, stakeholder communications, promotional toolkits and campaign calendars.
Plan, launch and optimise paid digital campaigns across social media, search and display platforms to maximise reach and impact.
Monitor performance, manage budgets and report on outcomes, using analytics, insights and feedback to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

What we’re looking for:

A qualified marketing professional (degree or recognised qualification) or equivalent experience.
Current experience in agency or in-house marketing and account management within the public or private sector.
Skills in campaign strategy, planning, copywriting, proofreading, media buying and presenting to senior stakeholders.
A creative and strategic approach, with strong working knowledge of paid digital and offline channels, including significant experience of setting up, monitoring and using analytics for paid search, social and display adverts.
Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple campaigns and budgets under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Planner, Teams, SharePoint and an email marketing platform (Dotdigital or equivalent).
