What you'll be doing

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who combines technical expertise with excellent communication and customer service skills.

You'll ideally have:

Experience in a technical support or service desk environment.
Working knowledge of cloud-based telephony or VoIP solutions.
Understanding of IP networking, including LAN, WAN, routing, switching, and SIP.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
A logical and structured approach to problem-solving.
The ability to prioritise workloads effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong decision-making skills and the confidence to work independently.
A positive, proactive, "can-do" attitude.
A genuine passion for customer service and delivering outstanding outcomes.
