Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Post Production Producer to join our creative team! Duties
- Coordinate all aspects of post-production workflows for photographic and visual media projects, from receiving raw materials through editing, quality control, and final delivery
- Collaborate with photographers, photo editors, graphic designers, creative professionals, and clients to produce high-quality photographic content
- Manage image editing and retouching using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications
- Assist with video and multimedia editing using Adobe Premiere Pro where projects include moving-image content
- Review, select, organise, enhance, and prepare photographs for commercial, promotional, editorial, digital, and social media use
- Ensure photographs and visual materials meet agreed creative, technical, and quality standards
- Prepare photographic content in appropriate formats, resolutions, dimensions, and specifications for different clients and digital platforms
- Coordinate revisions and amendments to photographic materials based on client feedback and project requirements
- Maintain organised digital archives, project files, image libraries, schedules, and post-production documentation
- Support the preparation and adaptation of photographic content for websites, social media platforms, marketing materials, publications, and other digital channels
- Coordinate translation, captioning, and localisation requirements where photographic projects require multilingual content
- Communicate effectively with clients and creative team members to clarify project requirements, provide progress updates, and ensure timely delivery
- Manage multiple photographic post-production projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Proven experience in photographic post-production, image editing, digital media, or a related creative field
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom, with knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and other Adobe Creative Suite applications
- Strong understanding of photography principles, visual composition, image enhancement, and digital image preparation
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of professional image quality standards
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with photographers, clients, designers, and creative teams
- Experience managing digital photographic content and preparing images for websites, social media, publications, and promotional materials
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience with image retouching, colour correction, cropping, resizing, file preparation, and digital asset management
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to support translation and localisation requirements
- Knowledge of additional Adobe Creative Suite applications is a plus
- A background in photography, media production, visual communications, journalism, or a related field is preferred but not required
