Full job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and personable experienced barber to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis in Tandragee. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in traditional and modern barbering techniques, a passion for excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality barbering services including haircuts, fades, beard trims, and styling
Maintain a clean and hygienic workstation and tools in line with health and safety standards
Build rapport with clients and offer tailored grooming advice
Manage appointments and walk-ins efficiently
Handle payments and maintain accurate records (if required)
Contribute to a friendly, welcoming atmosphere in the barbershop

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a barber in a professional setting
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Barbering (preferred but not essential if experienced)
Excellent clipper and scissor skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance
Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed
