Full job description

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Dental Receptionist to work full time in our friendly, well established Practice.

The main duties of the postholder will be to provide a reception service to the Practice and fulfill all related clerical and administrative tasks, ensuring that at all times the patients are cared for during their visit to the Practice.

An application form will be emailed to all applicants to fill out and return before the closing date.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients as they arrive at the dental office, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the calendar for the dental team.
Handle patient records, including updating information and processing insurance claims.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services and office policies.
Ensure the reception area is organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent patient care.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.21-£16.50 per hour
